The St. Anthony & Area Visitor Information Centre (VIC) is a seasonal VIC that operates from the Grenfell Interpretation Centre in St. Anthony. Drop by and local specialists will help you plan your time in the area. Pick up maps, visitor guides and brochures for must-see attractions, events, surrounding communities, and tours to help you see it all.
Open seven days a week from 8am – 5pm from June to September.
Each year the Newfoundland & Labrador Department of Tourism offers an updated Traveller’s Guide. You can order a free printed copy by calling 1-800-563-5363, visiting the Newfoundland & Labrador Tourism website or pick one up at a VIC once you arrive.
St. Anthony has many lively festivals & events scheduled throughout the year. In March, area residents gather in St. Anthony for the Annual Winterfest celebration – which highlights the best in traditional winter carnivals – with events & competitions scheduled daily. Join us for our summer music concerts, Canada Day celebrations & our annual Iceberg Festival.
Visitors can fly directly to the St. Anthony Airport from St. John’s. Upon arrival, you can take a shuttle to the Town of St. Anthony or rent a vehicle.
